So If Parity Wallets Have Frozen A Tonne Of ETH - Surely That Makes ETH More Valuable?

I Just read the whole debacle about an ETH noob messing up paritys Multi sig wallets...

There's plenty of news on this.... However here's my two pence worth... surely if there's now less ETH then its Rarer, therefore, making it more valuable?
