ETHEREUM CLASSIC IS ETHEREUM

The latest Ethereum debacle has caused all holders of Ether to have ETH and now also ETC. What has happened is this has caused confusion because ETC is being traded, validly, as anyone who believes that ETC has value may buy or sell them at market value. Since there are many people who do believe that ETC has value this has driven the price of ETC up while directly impacting on ETC. Since all holders basically have both ETC and ETH everyone in Ethereum community now has to be concerned with both, and for good reason.

The Ethereum promise was broken at the very 1st place where it should have demonstrated its strength. Ethereum gained value because of that promise and by breaking that promise ETH is now less valuable and ETC is gaining value. The promise was that Smart Contracts where contracts written to be obeyed. When people invested in the DAO they should have read the Terms and Conditions of the SMart Contract. They themselves did not understand the contract which they signed with their Ethers. When everything went apehole they where bailed out, for whatever reason, whether is corruption or anything else, the promise was broken!

ETH now has no EThical standing. I vote for ETC because it is the only logical way forward for Ethereum.

I have no investment in either ETH or ETC and I am simply a commentator coming from a strong financial background.
