Have you checked the transaction on an Ethereum Block explorer? if so did your bittrex wallet address receive the ETH on the blockchain? if so file a ticket with bittrex and provide links to prove to them that they got it. You can use the Txid or either address to find this on a block explorer. If you've already done this I'm sorry.
