Thanks for the post, it serves as a good starting point to ETH vs NEO. I'd argue that NEO is highly centralized. 7 nodes controlled by Neo Global Council is not decentralized. Over time, their plan is to loosen control of those nodes by adding 14 additional node operators. I suggest adding in a section on consensus algorithms: Ethereum's PoW based GHOST protocol, and NEO's dBFT. I did plan on getting to DBFT algo based chains such as NEO. Would love any input or cross collaboration.
