Chinese Central Bank: Ethereum is Moving Toward the Right Direction

​Yao Qian, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department at People’s Bank of China (PBoC), recently expressed his concerns in regard to the unregulated initial coin offering (ICO) market.
