From an ETH veteran, currently at 300mh/s you might want to go with Dash mining instead. The difficulty in ETH is increasing exponentially. My return for the same hashpower is now half of what it was last month !!! That's how crazy ETH mining is right now. Everyone is mining it and it's less and less lucrative. I was making 60$ a day last month now i'm making between 30-35$....
