I know! I think I put mine up to maximum at on point! ;). Oh well, one thing seems pretty certain in the short term, there will be no shortage of icos! ;)

The floodgates are open. I want to do a real estate ICO to crowdfund a house as an investment property.
That's an interesting idea!
One token has real estate ownership you can keep them as ownership in the property or you can spend some if you wanted to use them as a timeshare at a rental rate.
