i have same problem with you, i ready contact 2 support from i send and i receive ETH , the 2 support says " wait 1/24 hours " and i still wait until now.
you ready contact support ?

    hmm....... when bitcoin was stuck due to low fees & heavy traffic then We will not be anxious, because, we have a lot of features to be get confirmed on network by RBF, re-broadcast, delete & re-initiate etc. But, It seems to me a very strange problem, becoz it never shows on network
