Next Hard Fork Testing Code Is Ethereum

Ethereum developers are now implementing code for Constantinople, the network's subsequent system-wide upgrade.

The other part of a set of grades to make the ethereum network more efficient and less costly about fees, Constantinople will be initiated someday before October's Devcon4 ethereum conference, according to stakeholders through a core developer conference Friday.
