Ethereum Price Trend: What A Drag!!

Ethereum price is continuosly performing low over the past few days as dripping down from 12k to 9k Philippine Peso. Can this be a good indicator for most investors to buy in while the price is getting cheaper or will worry others to panic and sell their current portfolio. Does ethereum has the capability to bounce back like bitcoin.
