ETH price follows BTC price in most cases. It shouldn't be like that, but it is. And Bitcoin isn't in best shape right now, despite high price. Besides, ETH should go Proof-of-Stake somewhere in the future, which adds uncertainty. Still $400 isn't that far away, and interest in crypto is rising, so probably yes, it'll reach $400-$500 till end of this year. Unless something very bad will happen to BTC, and it's a real possibility atm.
