I'm predicting ETH (ethereum) price will increase for sure after few days. How can I said that?

Means all the crypto coins stored in BTC-e was gone or seized by the government means we lost almost 2%~10% of total coins in the circulation.

Over 485705.45975023 ETH was transfer out from BTC-e account.
This number is a big number and for sure this will affect the price of ETH in just few days. From $188 yesterday it's $195 now.
We will keep an eye on this and for sure other coins will be pullout also to BTC-e account and all other coins price will go up too.
