Ethereum, What Now?

in #ethereum8 years ago

Since the recent Token Offerings which created a surge activity (see chart below June 20) and congestion to the blockchain and causing instability of the network, the Ether continues to plummet as more exchanges disabled Ethereum transactions to avoid any loss of clients investment and problems that may arise.

Some cryptocurrency enthusiasts see that Ethereum needs more nodes to keep up with the demands of processing thousands of transactions. Well, I guess this is a scaling issue like Bitcoin.

Let's hope for the soonest resolution.

Ether price is down by almost 38 percent from ATH. Based on the chart below, we are looking on 173 to 218 support area if it persist to plunge.

Check out IOTA, has none of that problems and will soon enable Smart Contracts.
I can even sent you some for free (if you want).
No transcations fees bc POW is done by the users while sending + transactions are actually instant

No block chain on IOTA is pretty interesting honestly. Still an early tech so will be keeping an eye in it. Feels over valued at over a $1B market cap though.

Thanks man.

Do you think IOTA will have global demands? As Bitfinex is the only market I can see. I'd appreciate much if you could enlighten me.

I don´t know about a global demand but I´m pretty sure we germans will use it bc of the IOTA partners and also from the technical side IOTA is great.

Just install the wallet from https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/releases

Danke. Cheers!

It is such a new technology. Lot of hype and does sound exciting but little proof yet. Also seems there are pump and dump schemes going on with it on Bitfinex, something you don't really see in any other crypto on the exchange. I'll be observing before diving in at all. I don't like new coins in general due to the speculative nature of the value.

+1 for Iota. I only have a small investment in it at the moment, but the scalability sure is appealing. When are they enabling smart contracts? That is a game changer! Maybe I should be increasing my holding!

I don´t know when exactly, just know that they said they are working on it.
Diversify ! And some IOTA doesn´t seem bad in my opinion
