So you will pay 20 bucks for a water and will miss your flight because you are waiting for bitcoin transfer to confirm... haha
But you do not have to use Bitcoin. You can use any of the faster confirming cryptocurrencies.

Well, once you have confirmed the transaction, you cannot cancel it. All you have to do is present it to the vendor (or the vendor can check it thru the blockchain) and you're free to go.
