I think it is time to buy especially since the news from the SEC @working2005
The news is great, but we are still in a bear market and anything can happen. In the course of a bullish market such a massively positive news could have seen a 30-35% gain even on a high market cap coin like ETH, because everyone in the crypto community gains from it and even institutional investors get more clarity, but the gain was limited...
Need BTC to make a higher high pattern, there has been so much positive news building just need to markets to do its part ;-)
Its a crypto winter right now, the masses are distracted at the moment with other events and concerns. That is why I think it is the best time right now for investors because we are able to slowly and steadily position ourselves for the next bull run and this time the technology and the regulatory frameworks around the world will be much more improved. @ethwagholder
