Great post -- Really lays some things out nicely.. In this AnarchChain, Code is NOT law, the people are.. In the case of Eth/Etc/Dao - The people decided for themselves in a sense, organically and spontaneously.. Prominent people went one direction, some followed of their own volition, others broke off to form their own community, and everyone learned a lesson. Ethereum took a hit for not covering all their bases, the Dao collapsed for having bad code and the people learned a lesson. The spontaneous and radiant society of free people will continue to innovate based off of these lessons... Which can't happen in a forced statist legal infrastructure.
