Gizer is a blockchain project which is aimed at conquering eSports market. As a DOTA player I really enjoy what this project offers to gamers like me, but I think that investors are not that interested in putting their money in gaming space. Such cases as FirstBlood and Enjin Coin initial coin offerings prove me wrong, but I can clearly see market sentiment shifting more towards financial and gambling applications. Maybe the investors still do not see that much pay off from virtual worlds, but eSports events show us that they are able to assemble huge football stadiums during big gaming events. For example, in 2016 League of Legends Worlds finals was watched 14.7mln concurrent viewers. For DOTA this number was 5.8 mln viewers due to the fact that DOTA is much more competitive and professional game in comparison to League of Legends game.

Gizer project is willing to take a piece out of this sweet pie by introducing its eSports-centered application for mobile devices. Yes, they already have an app on Apple store and you can already try it and see for yourself what founders offer to the eSports entertainment consumers. Take into account that it is still in development. My personal experience was good except for one thing. The advertisement they show you in the beginning lasted for 30 seconds for me…. But it seems that if you register as a user, Gizer app will not show you any ads. Let’s see what this project is all about and try to understand the market niche it will cover.

Gizer team has vast experience in eSports events, mobile gaming, blockchain tech, and software development. Also, they are United States based startup so they care a lot about complying with the SEC. That’s why they hired the Cooley, the very famous law firm that specializes in initial coin offerings. It took part in helping Gizer staying compliant in the most dangerous environment for ICOs, United States of America.

In order to expand faster in the eSports market, the project is already partnered with isCool entertainment. It is quite a big mobile games company in France which is concentrated on making competitive mobile games. Yes, sounds strange that mobile games can be competitive but it seems that Bazoo is that game. It has a big player base and current downloads in Google play exceed 100k. This is the game where first Gizer integration is going to happen. Actually, it is already partly integrated. Later, the founders promise to add more games and games companies to the list. Let’s now see what their platform is all about.

Gizer aims at accommodating the actively developing eSports market by providing the platform for users, hosts, venues, and small businesses.

Gizer application connects the main eSports entertainment consumers and business through their Gize application.
Firstly, the project will concentrate on mobile games, later slowly shifting to desktop and console games. Right now, mobile games are the market which is the most lucrative for any developer.

Gizer bases its business model around enabling interactions between producers and consumers. On the platform, the hosts can create different events, where gamers can participate. For example, a local computer club can create a tournament where gamers can compete for certain prize.

Gizer network has two tokens used on its platform. BOOST and GZR tokens. BOOST tokens are not ERC-20 tokens, just tokens of the platform. Later, the developers promise to give GZR more power in their ecosystem and take it as far as SEC allows it. What is the main usage of GZR ERC-20 tokens?

First user case and the most important one is the Gizer Global Identity. This is the profile which is carried by user in every Gizer game. GZRs tokens can be exchanged for exclusive items for user profiles. 1 GZR will equal one randomly generated item. Later, they plan to add chests and you will be able to exchange them for , for instance, 5 GZRs and get a rare item with higher possibility.

The project developers promise to continuously add utility to GZR tokens, but for now they are just exploring the legal limitations that impede their ability to add something else. They are also planning on creating Gizer market where GZRs tokens will be used additionally.

To achieve mass adoption, the project is partnering with mobile games producing companies. Also, they are partnering with mobile games influencers, who will bring more users into ecosystem.

Gizer application enables the interaction of eSports entertainment businesses, venues, hosts and gamers.

What can their application do? Find online or local events on the mobile platform. You will be able to see what tournaments and interesting meetups happen near you with the ability of the app to track where you are.

Compete in tournaments for BOOST. Those tournaments can be launched by anyone in this application. Even I could create BAZOO tournament with GIZER. I have never played this game but I hope I will not get addicted. I already have a problem with the name “DOTA”.

List your skills and products to develop your brand on the Gizer marketplace. You can choose in this application what games you play, what are your preferences. You can also offer your coaching for tokens and buy coaching lessons from somebody.

Create or join an automated bracket as an individual or team.

Create and connect to event.

Contributors to the Gizer ICO are going to benefit from the expanding network of Gizer
eSports market is gaining traction each year, currently it stands at $700 mln and expected to reach $1.5bln by 2020.
Competitors of Gizer in blockchain space: Enjin Coin, MobileGo, FirstBlood. FirstBlood even concentrates on competitive matches in online games.

The tokenholders will benefit with the growth of the GZR ecosystem. The more users equals more valuation of GZR tokens.
Later, Gizer developers will create more utility for GZRs. Right now they are limited because of SEC. All US based blockchain startups which raise money through initial coin offerings are very careful.

Crowdsale terms are quite favorable to investors in case all the tokens will be sold during presale and initial coin offering.
Crowdsale will start on 20th of October, 2017. The project aims to collect $18mln (hard capped).

70% of tokens will be distributed to investors. Unsold tokens will be directed to reserves.

50% of tokens will be used in dev, 20% in administration, 10% in legal expenditures, 10% marketing, 5% event sponsorships, 5% other expenditures.

The sale will be conducted through SAFT platform. Contributors will have to go through KYC procedure before purchasing anything. So, if you are willing to buy any tokens, you have to register beforehand on this platform. There are discounts for qualified investors.
