Let's make it simple for n00bs, What is the effect of Ethereum Byzantium hard fork?

1. Less gas consumption which reflects to less transaction fees.
2. "Fully anonymous zero knowledge proofs (Zk-Snarks) Integration which increases the anonymity of transaction.
3. Delay of mining "Ice Age Bomb" for one year, which is a related feature of all PoW coins
4. Block reward decreased from 5 Ether to 3 Ethers per block.
