Help with the ENS Auction Registrar by Running Test Cases

If anyone would like to lend a hand, I've written up a list of test cases I can think of ab-initio for the auction registrar:

You can help by either identifying tests or assertions I've missed, or by going through the current code and ticking off ones that are already tested, or by writing tests for any that aren't tested.
