AI advertising in a whole new level with Ubex - My honest review
For so many decades, advertising keeps evolving. It has helped individuals and companies get some attention from the crowd. No matter if it's a product, service, live event, awareness or raising for a cause, advertising does help.
From classic methods such as word-of-mouth, handing out or posting flyers anywhere, radios and TVs, bulletin boards and so on, they help spread the word. Now that we are on a digital age, advertising has become a lot better and easier.
To be honest guys, I’m advertising products before. From health products, gadgets and other attractive stuff, it helped me reach a lot of traffic (and leads too). Yes, I was experimenting a lot of advertising methods. Some did not work, some did (but it cost me more to make it effective), and some are just saturated.
I learned from various online courses about advertising, and I’m thankful for that. However, the world has changed and it needs us to catch up or ride on with the latest trends in global advertising. Of course, the old school methods of advertising are still working up to now. It’s just that there are better and smarter ways to do it no matter what product or service are you promoting.
Even though that global advertising has taken itself into a whole new level, there are problems that needs to be addressed in today’s generation.
One of the problems that I am facing as an advertiser is that there are no guarantees in getting sales due to uncertainty. It means that I have to pay too much for clicks or impressions of my ad without assurance that I would be getting results. I’ve been there a lot of times, and it really hurts.
On top of that, there are some difficulties that I am facing when it comes to the availability of the advertising channels. Because of that, we are forced to hire someone who is specialized in marketing. And oh, when it comes to marketing, they don’t mostly accept cheap offers if you hire them. The ineffectiveness of these advertising channels are also another issue that we are facing these days. After spending our budget for that, it becomes apparent.
Aside from being an advertiser, I’ve also experienced being a publisher. It’s where it all began. I usually started by creating my own blog and sell ad slots. I gained a lot of traffic before and just making money with ads coming from the affiliate programs that I’ve joined. However, my primary goal is to sell ad slots, but I am struggling to find someone who is willing to buy an ad slot in my blog.
However, I remembered that there are a couple of clients who are willing to buy ad slots from me, but their offers are quite low. Worse of all, one of the advertisers I made a deal with is not what I have expected because it took me a long while to get the payment rather the exact date. It completely annoys me to be honest.

The worst thing of all is that there are high risk for us to believe in advertisements due to the intellectual ability of the scammers to persuade the minds of their victims like me. Due to their provocative and coercive methods, it’s easy for them to scam us and it completely pisses me off. At the end of the day, it is all about the lessons that we’ve learned about the industry today.
After all, it was just my personal experience as a user, advertiser and publisher at the same time.

As I can login with e-mail, Civic and two others (Trezor and Ledger) coming soon, I usually use Metamask because it’s the safest ERC20 compatible Ethereum wallet today. It’s just me, you know?
As what I’ve described in the platform, it has a slight similarity with the other “Get Paid To Blog” platforms that I’ve joined before. You know why? It is because the platform itself has both advertiser and publisher feature. The only difference is that you can deposit by just simply buying their native token, the Ubex token.
In the main menu on the left side of the dashboard, you can see your daily, weekly or monthly statistics of your performance whether you’re an advertiser or a publisher. It can be viewed either table or graph. What I really liked most as an advertiser is that they are required to submit documents due to the Know Your Customer (KYC) feature. It will prove that they are legitimate advertisers and not just pretenders. As for the publishers, I kind of like the data mining feature in which we could earn additional UBEX tokens. How cool is that? Absolutely cool!
Overall, I would honestly think that it’s easy to use because the exchange itself is newbie friendly. I’m looking forward to this one!
How do I feel about Ubex's roadmap, team and token sale details? Impressive!
I kinda feel that Ubex is doing the right thing when it comes to their roadmap. As what I have seen in the roadmap, I think they’re on the right track by focusing more on their development. Once Ubex's platform is on demand, expect that the value of the tokens we bought will rise one day. What I am excited about in their roadmap is that after launching the Alpha Version of their prototype, they will be implementing it's neural core that will be the difference maker in Ubex.
As for the team behind this project, all I can say is that they are doing great work in putting up this project together. Artem Chestnov, the CEO and co-founder of Ubex, is also one of the team members of LAToken. For me, I think this guy is a visionary and knows how to be creative, innovative and thinking outside of the box. There's no doubt that with this amazing hardworking, dedicated and passionate team, they would become successful not just for this year, but in the future as well.
About the token sale event of Ubex, I think they are doing well because they’re almost reaching the hard cap. When it comes to projects that are almost reaching the hard cap level, it means that they are doing great. One of the key factors about the success of an ICO is the project concept itself.
It's a good thing that both the development team and advisors have their tokens vested for a year, and one month after the ICO for bounty tokens. Just like any other projects out there, there will be no new emissions of the Ubex tokens and requires KYC (Know Your Customer) to participants.
Unfortunately, US, Iran and North Korean residents are not allowed to participate in Ubex due to their strict regulations.
They also have upcoming roadshows mostly in Asia (India, South Korea, Thailand, etc.). Since I'm from the Philippines, I wish they would have a roadshow here in the future as well. Ubex is also featured in various press sites such as Forbes, Reuters, Entrepreneur and so on.

Do I think Ubex's future is so bright?
Absolutely yes! I know there are tons of advertising and publishing platforms out there in the internet. However, I have to be honest with you. Ubex is something unique and different to me because of using AI technology for advertising.

Blockchain has enabled all of us to eliminate all barriers that we are facing in the traditional ecosystems in various niches. For me, I have no second thoughts that Ubex is going to succeed.
