Smart Contract Lending and it’s evolution and the Arrival of One Eight and POC Platinum

You have seen them on dappradar high risk category. Lending smart contracts that pay percentages daily from 1.44% on up. The most popular one right now is 333eth and 200percent. An ever growing market but still needs improvements to make them more user friendly.

The Good
The lower percentage projects are the best contracts to get into. They have legs and will last longer. A lower percentage also has a more stronger base, slow and steady wins the game.

Up to 3 percent is a good start. It gives the program more time to grow and build. The higher the daily percentage the more risky the game becomes.

I like 200percents contract. This is an ideal contact the percentage grows as the funds grow. And if the contract goes back down it slows down. A scalable interest is a great angle of approach. Less likely a contract burns up quickly. Anything past 5% or more is risky unless there is 5000 ETH in the contract.

The Not So Good
The current crop of lending games are not so user friendly. For the noob who is not familiar with how Smart Contracts work they may get confused. Having to copy and paste to make your deposit is a lot of steps and leads to user error. On top of that if you want to withdraw you need to send a certain amount to the smart contract.

This type user interactivity is not so user friendly. It’s a challenge for new players who want get in. A project loses a potential prospect because it’s too technical for beginners.

They also do not show a users current earnings instantly. It may seem like a guessing game. You need to copy and paste your address and look up your stats.

The Solution
If you have been on the Ethereum Classic Blockchain Dailyetc.me is a great example of ease of use. You simply enter what you want to contribute, press the button, Saturn wallet pops up and that’s it, your in and you can see all your earnings instantly. No copy or paste or anything too technical.

The newest game coming this weekend. The game pays out 1.8% ETH daily. Low percentage, lower risk, more secure. This project has a participant dashboard that is very simple to use. Gone are the days of copy and pasting addresses.

From the participant dashboard you can contribute to the Contributors Fund and you can see your active deposit instantly. Simply enter .05 ETH or more to give and press the button. You will need nifty wallet, metemask or trustwallet set-up first.

After you deposit you can see another area on the dash that shows your daily earnings. One more section also shows affiliate earnings instantly.

PoC Platinum
PoC platinum is currently being tested on Ropsten. This is the project I am working on actively. Like one eight we also have a user dashboard that makes it much easier to interact with the smart contract.

The biggest difference is our scalable interest. The game will start at 3.6% to payout users daily. When the contract hits 1250 ETH it then pays out 5.6% and so forth. As the contract increases in value there are more funds therefore the game can pay more. If the contract goes below 1250 ETH it adjusts the percentage back to 3.6% to slow down and give players time to recollect themselves.

Unlike 200percent Platinum also has a user referral program that pays out 2.5% for those who are sharing there affiliate links actively.

One more thing. PoC platinum has a security fund similar to a bank roll to secure its users deposits. The security fund is backed by an online store that sells goods. Awesome right. We really need to pay attention to this.
