Only recently I read about the huge difficulty surrounding identification with blockchain technology. Saying the physical identity can not be paired with the identity on the blockchain. Yet here I see the perfect example. The coupons to get the food are paired with the public adress on the blockchain, in order to verify you are the owner of that public adress, you let them scan your iris. So in order to verify that a refugee is the owner of th coupon, they have to check if the digital identity paires with the physical identity. Or am I missing something big here?
