COTI - Descentralized payments
The technology of the blockchain is at an important point, in which it has to generate a transformation in terms of the projects that are currently coming to light, that is, those that have an orientation to generate a majority adoption instead of solving scalability and speed problems.
A basic pillar to reach the masses is to structure a system that allows the use of cryptocurrencies as a means of payment and that is at the same time reliable for the buyer and seller. The COTI (Currency of Internet) project registered in Gibraltar, intends to implement a reliable, decentralized payment system with dispute resolution mechanisms, low cost, and highly efficient commissions through a directed acyclic graph or its acronym in English (DAG), a technology that has become popular for projects such as IOTA.
The reliability component is measured using the "Trust Scores" indicator, a system developed by COTI to mitigate risk and improve effectiveness. These scores are calculated using "Trust Score" servers or databases that collect KYC and AML information, assigning a score that varies in a range of 0 to 100 whose purpose is to protect the buyer in case of billing errors, unauthorized charges or goods or services not delivered.
In order to successfully implement the project, an initial offer of the currency (ICO) will be made under the ERC-20 standard that will cover 30% of the total supply which is equivalent to 2,000,000,000 COTI and with vouchers for participants they range from 20% during the first 24 months to 5%. The allocation of the remaining tokens will be done in the following way:

The hard cap is set at 30 million dollars and the price per token is equivalent to 0.1 US dollars (USD), which can be purchased using cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin or Ethereum) or fiduciary money through bank transfers or credit/debit cards ( Visa or MasterCard). For those who have an appreciable amount of capital, a private sale will be made with a minimum amount of $ 50,000.
Once the main COTI network is developed, the ERC-20 tokens will be converted to the COTI currency. Also, while this is happening the project promises to list the ERC-20 token in at least one of the main exchanges before September 2018 in order to enhance the project.

La tecnología de la cadena de bloques se encuentra en un punto coyuntural, en el que tiene que generar una transformación en cuanto los proyectos que están saliendo a la luz actualmente, es decir, aquellos que tengan una orientación a generar una adopción mayoritaria en vez de resolver problemas de escalabilidad y velocidad.
Un pilar básico para llegar a las masas es estructurar un sistema que permita utilizar las criptomonedas como medio de pago y que a la vez sea confiable de cara al comprador y vendedor.
El proyecto COTI (Currency of Internet) registrado en Gibraltar, pretende implementar un sistema de pagos confiables, descentralizado, con mecanismos de resolución de disputa, comisiones de bajo costo y altamente eficientes mediante grafo acíclico dirigido o por sus siglas en inglés (DAG), una tecnología que se ha tornado popular por proyectos como IOTA.
El componente de confiabilidad es medido mediante el indicador “Trust Scores” un sistema desarrollado por COTI para mitigar el riesgo y mejorar la efectividad. Dichos puntajes son calculados usando servidores “Trust Score” o bases de datos que recopilan información KYC y AML, asignando así una puntuación que varía en un rango de 0 a 100 cuya finalidad es proteger al comprador en caso de errores de facturación, cargos no autorizados o bienes o servicios no entregados.
Con el fin de implementar satisfactoriamente el proyecto, se realizará una oferta inicial de la moneda (ICO) bajo el estándar ERC-20 que abarcara el 30% del total del suministro el cual equivale a 2.000.000.000 COTI y con bonos para los participantes que van desde un 20% durante los primeros 24 meses hasta un 5%. La asignación de los tokens restantes se realizará de la siguiente forma:

El hardacap se encuentra fijado en 30 millones de dólares y el precio por token equivale a 0.1 dolares americanos (USD), que podrán ser comprados utilizando criptomonedas (Bitcoin o Ethereum) o dinero fiduciario a través de transferencias bancarias o tarjeta de crédito / débito (Visa o MasterCard). . Para aquellos que cuenten con una cantidad apreciable de capital, se realizará una venta privada con una cantidad mínima de entrada de 50.000 USD.
Una vez se encuentre desarrollada la red principal de COTI, se convertirán los tokens ERC-20 a la moneda COTI. Asimismo, mientras esto sucede el proyecto promete listar el token ERC-20 en por lo menos uno de los intercambios principales antes de septiembre de 2018 con el fin de valorizar el proyecto.
Si deseas participar en la ICO es de suma importancia tener en cuenta que los ciudadanos o residentes de países como China, Afganistán, Bosnia y Herzegovina, República Centroafricana, Cuba, Congo, Corea, Eritrea, Etiopía, Irán, Iraq, Israel, Libia, Líbano, Somalia, Sudán del Sur, Sudán, Siria, Uganda, Estados Unidos de América, Vanuatu, Yemen no podrán participar debido a las regulaciones y leyes existentes.
