I think it is time to stop comparing ETH to BTC, they are different beasts with different (although correlated) markets.
but to answer, ETH will increase in value more than BTC will increase in value (vs USD for example) in the near term (following the hard fork debacle) so it will reach .028 first.

yeah I was thinking the same thing, alot of people buy trade on margin between eth and btc so they do have an effect on each other.
Ether will be worthless if they do the hard fork.
For all intents and purposes the hard fork is done., it is happening, accept it.
