Taking pictures for beginners : Your first 10,000 photos are the worst, you can throw in the garbage.

Too hard? Maybe, but that's what Henri Cartier-Bresson said. Allegedly. Many blame this photography quote on Helmut Newton's shoes as well. I personally believe that every photographer who arrives at 100,000 photos has made enough mistakes to come to exactly the same conclusion. Anyway, I count myself. But what exactly is a mistake in photography?

We all did not have a clue about photography at some point, except that it appeals to us to know and to get really good. This motivation and this enormous energy boost are usually also the main reason why one survives the beginning time and does not immediately give up in a frustrated and demotivated way.

I think, if you know the coarsest photography mistakes at least from the beginning and pay attention not to fall into these traps, then you save yourself a lot of nerve-racking time and you have for the learning process longer and more energy left over.
