Chinese courier takes his mother diagnosed with Alzheimer to work for seven years

"When we made deliveries to the office building, the security guard often refused to let my mother in," Cai said. "Then I would ask if he can take care of my mother; if not, would you take the responsibility of any accident?"

Normally, under Cai's persistence, the guard would eventually let his mother enter to the building with him.Yang Suxiu, Cai’s mother, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease seven years ago, and was unable to take care of herself, reported The Cover.

“My mother has dedicated her whole life for the family. It is my responsibility to take good care of her, no matter how hard it is,” Cai told The Cover.

Cai came to Chengdu with his family 20 years ago to find a living. Cai and his wife worked as couriers for a local computer shopCai Yujun, a delivery man in Chengdu, the capital of southwest China’s Sichuan Province, has carried his mother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, to work with him for the past seven years.
