Fresh Vitamins For Today
My dose of fresh vitamins for today. Green papaya, Banana plantain and Moringa leaves, i will use it for my cooking later. I made a bowl of refreshing salad too consist of lettuce, grapefruit and cucumber.
The more colors, the better, the healthier.
The grapefruit from this salad gave a power kick flavour to the dish :)
This are my vegetables for my soup. Will be so tasty as i will cook it at slow cook.
I am going to add Banana plantain for a mild sweet taste
