Happiness is a choice

Someone out there might be struggling to look for this thing called ''happiness''. Somedays in our lives, we feel anxious, overwhelmed, flabbergasted, depressed or angry or probably you encounter mood swings. If we could remember when we were happy, for some it's just some seconds ago while for other it has been months, days or even years, and it all looks like you'll never be happy again in your life. What if you were told that you could actually choose happiness over depression and sad life. All set to discover more on how and why happiness is a choice, dive in with me let's acquire a deeper understanding.
Happiness isn't an idea, it's a choice;
The brain behind happiness is simply a choice to apply an idea, and one that refused to adhere to you. It's quite impossible to be happy when someone whom you like has treated you so badly, or the challenges and conditions we see in life are above our control cannonading us with so much pain. I know many must have felt this pain. In the United Nation, every year they release the sustainable development World happiness report. What this simply means is that, they measure the overall happiness in different countries all over the world.
Always remember that happiness is a state of being that you can capture, for instance when a runner breaths in air with the help of her lungs, each air she inhales is very crucial, with that for every inhalation exhalation must follow. Basically, if happiness is actually a state of being, then we can boldly say that happiness is an experience or a set of experiences.
Amanda Pinnock is a college student at Arizona State University who experienced this type of happiness without ever expecting it. To earn her degree in global health, she needed to do a study abroad program, but she was worried she was going to be disconnected from her group as a nontraditional student earning her degree online. From the above definition you'll discover that being happy can be made possible by finding joy in everyday experiences.
When we decipher to choose other people in our happiness, then it becomes a general thing — both in our social life and shared experiences. Choosing happiness is a smart choice simply because right deep in us that's what our body lingers for. We care for each other when were choosing happiness together and this will make the whole world open to infinite possibility.
