ေျမာက္ဦးေဒသိယစကားသည္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ အေနာက္ပိုင္းတြင္႐ိွၿပီး ဗန္းေမာ္ခ႐ိုင္သည္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ ေျမာက္ပိုင္းတြင္႐ွိေသာ ေဒသျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ အေနာက္ပိုင္းတြင္႐ိွ ေျမာက္ဦးေဒသိယစကားႏွင့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ ေျမာက္ပိုင္းတြင္႐ွိေသာ ဗန္းေမာ္ေဒသိယစကား တို႔ကို ႏိႈင္းယွဥ္ေလ့လာတင္ျပမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၂။ ေဒသိယစကား
ဘာသာစကားမ်ားတြင္ ေယဘုယ်အားျဖင့္ ေျပာဆိုသုံးႏႈန္းမႈ အေပၚမူတည္၍ စံစကားႏွင့္ ေဒသိယစကားဟူ၍ ႏွစ္မ်ိဳး႐ွိသည္။
စံစကားကို ျမန္မာျပည္႐ွိ လူအမ်ားနားလည္လက္ခံႏိုင္ေသာ စကား၊ လူအမ်ားေျပာဆိုေနေသာစကား၊ ေက်ာင္းသုံး၊ ရံုးသုံးစကားဟု အဓိပၸါယ္ သတ္မွတ္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။
ေဒသိယစကားႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ ပညာ႐ွင္မ်ား၏ အယူအဆကိုတင္ျပရလ်ွင္ ``ေဒသိယစကား သည္ သဒၵါ၊ ေဝါဟာရအားျဖင့္ သီးျခားျဖစ္ၿပီး ေဒသႏွင့္လူ႔အဖြဲ ့အစည္း ဆိုင္ရာတို႔၏ ကြာျခားမႈေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာ အသြင္ကြဲ ဘာသာစကားျဖစ္သည္။ အေျပာေဒသိယစကားသည္ ေလသံ သို႔မဟုတ္ ကြဲျပားေနေသာ အသံထြက္မ်ား ပါဝင္သည္။
လူ႔အဖြဲ႕အစည္း၏ အစိတ္အပိုင္းတစ္ရပ္ သို႔မဟုတ္ သြားလာရန္ခက္ခဲ့ေသာ ေရေျမေဒသ႐ွိ လူအမ်ားေျပာဆိုေနေသာစကားသည္ မည္သည့္ဘာသာစကားတြင္မဆို ေဒသိယစကားျဖစ္လာႏိုင္ပါသည္"ဟူ၍ ဖြင့္ဆိုထားပါသည္။
