Good afternoon ... while on holiday you make snacks
Stuffed bread and toping
Recipe:
- 500gr high protein flour
- 100gr of sugar
- 100 grams of butter
- 1bgs fermipan
- 3tr egg yolks
- 250ml liquid milk
Spread material:
1 tablespoon of liquid milk
1 egg yolk
How to make:
- Mix all ingredients into one
- The mixer uses threaded to smooth 15 minute curl
- Cover with a wet napkin or plastic crap until it expands 2x if you have deflated the oxygen
- Fill the bread according to taste ... can be sausage, chocolate, cheese, or a pizza model
- Let it expand 30 minutes
- Oven curl 30 minutes / until cooked depending on the size of the bread
