Semur Ayam Berkuah Santan
Ingredients
1 chicken cut into 8 pieces
Salt taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
Sufficient Oil for sauteing
5 cloves
3 cm cinnamon stems
6 tablespoons soy sauce
600 ml santal from half a grain of coconut
2 pieces of tomatoes cut into 8 parts
Ground spices
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 grains of nutmeg
4 candlenuts
7 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
2 cm ginger

Step
Spread the chicken with salt and lime juice, let stand for 25 minutes
Heat oil, fry the chicken half-baked to yellow, remove and set aside
