Martabak Sweet Mini
Material:
250 gr medium protein flour
1 sachet (40 grams) sweetened condensed milk
¼ tsp baking powder
75 gr sugar
¼ tsp salt
300 ml of water
½ tsp of instant yeast (SAF / Fermipan)
3 eggs, shake off
50 gr butter, thawed
¼ tsp baking soda / baking soda
topping: meises, beans, cheeses, etc.
How to make:
- Combine wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour a little water, while stirred with balloon whisk. Stir well and slippery.
- Add the instant yeast, stir again until blended. Then rest the dough for 30 minutes or up to 1 hour, cover with a dry cloth.
- In another bowl, shake off the egg. Then pour it into the dough of flour which has been rested. Stir well.
- Add liquid butter and baking soda. Stir again until blended.
- Oles thin print mini martabak with butter. Heat with fire a little.
- After enough heat, pour 1 tablespoon vegetable batter, or up to ½ tall mold. Press the center with a spoon of vegetables, to form lace on the side of mini martabak. Let stand until perforated, sprinkle sugar, then cover, and wait until cooked.
- Immediately remove and spread with butter, give topping according to taste.
