Myanmar Women Part (9)

Women are not allowed to step in to some exclusive places in the sacred place of the Buddha. Women have been prohibited, to go on to the base rock of the Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda, to the inner room of the Mahar Myatmuni Statute and to the higher terraces of the pagodas.

If a female worshipper accidentally steps on to the base rock, which shouldering the sacred rock of the Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda, the whole area will be cloaked in black clouds. Tiger will maul the intruder, it is believed.
ဗုဒၶျမတ္​စြာဘုရား၏ အခ်ိဳ႕သတ္​မွတ္​ထား​ေသာ ​ေနရာမ်ားအတြင္​းသို႔ အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ား ဝင္​ခြင္​့မရ​ေပ။ က်ိဳက္​ထီးရိုးဘုရားအတြင္​း၊ မႏၱ​ေလး မဟာျမတ္​မုနိဘုရားအတြင္​းႏွင္​့ ​ေစတီမ်ား၏ အျမင္​့ပိုင္​းအစ႐ွိ​ေသာ ​ေနရာမ်ားသို႔ အမ်ိဳးသမီးမ်ား ဝင္​ခြင္​့မ႐ွိပါ။ ျမန္​မာႏိုင္​ငံ႐ွိ ထင္​႐ွား​ေသာက်ိဳက္​ထီး႐ိုး အထက္​ပစၥယံ​ေပၚသို႔ မိန္​းက​ေလးမ်ား ဝင္​​ေရာက္​ပါက မို​း​ေမွာင္​ႀကီး ႐ုတ္​တရက္​က်​ေရာက္​တတ္​သည္​။ က်ားကိုက္​တတ္​သည္​ဟု အယူအစြဲ႐ွိၾကသည္​။
