I share your view that we could be the Gateway, but I don't share the confidence. I don't think our stakeholders and developers are seeing that as a growth path for us and instead of building on our strengths they are trying to emulate other hard to use cryptos.
I think that it wouldn't take much to get into a very good position. I've seen our developers remove a lot of the barriers to entry over the past year which gives me confidence. For me it would be a huge mistake to try and copy other cryptos as we already have a better product. It just needs to be simplified and improved.
At least we have seen a lot more interaction with the stakeholders and developers lately which shows they are trying to take on board some of what we have been saying this year. Some of the chats on discord have shown me glimpses of what could be done and I like it.
Is anything certain? No, of course not. All we can do is try to steer things in the right direction and get the right people on side.
