Sate Tempe Bean Sauce
• Materials And Spices Required
• Main ingredients
√ 200 gr tempe, diced
√ 1 bay leaf, take the white part, crushed
√ 1 orange leaf
√ 1 tbsp of tamarind water
√ tsp pepper powder
√ tsp beef flavored beef powder
√ 3 tsp sweet soy sauce
√ Salt to taste
√ Right amount of oil
√ 50 ml of water
√ Skewer to taste
• Softened seasoning:
√ 3 onion grains
√ 2 cloves of garlic
√ 2 large red peppers
√ 2 grains of pecan, roasted
√ tsp coriander powder
√ 2 cm kencur
• Peanut Sauce:
√ 150 gr peanuts, fried, puree
√ 3 onion grains
√ 2 cloves of garlic
√ 3 pieces of curly red pepper
√ 3 pieces of red pepper
√ 3 tablespoons brown sugar comb
√ 1 tbsp of acidic water
√ Salt to taste
√ Enough water
√ Right amount of oil
• How to make:
√ Tempe Sate:
√ Heat the oil. Saute the finer spices, lemongrass, and lime leaves until fragrant.
√ Put tempe. Stir until it changes color.
√ Pour the water into it. Add pepper powder,
√ powdered broth, and salt. Stir well. Cook over medium heat to boil.
√ Put sweet soy sauce and sour water. Stir well. √ Cook until the sauce shrinks. Lift.
√ Push 5 pieces of tempeh on a skewer. Do it until it's done.
√ Baked tempeh on top of embers until cooked. Lift.
• Peanut sauce:
√ Heat the oil. Fried onions, garlic, red chili, and red pepper until cooked. Lift, drain. Ulek half smooth. Add brown sugar, acid water, and salt, then snap back until smooth.
√ Mix the spices with peanuts that have been mashed. Add enough water while stirring until mixed well. Cook with medium heat while stirring occasionally until boiling and thickening. Lift.
• Presentation:
√ Tempe sate on a serving dish. Serve with peanut sauce.
