Mini Dongkal Cakes / Kue Berkel (rice & coconut cake filled with brown sugar)

Material:
150 gr Rice Flour
150 grams of young grated coconut (peeled skin)
1/5 tsp sugar
1/5 tsp Vanilla powder
to taste salt
Red Sugar for toping (thinly sliced)
Coconut shredded (toping)

Step
Mix in a container of rice flour, coconut, vanilla, granulated sugar, salt. Knead by hand until blended

Pick up a steamed bake cake mold, sprinkle with cooking oil. Put the dough in the mold until half the portion (press2), then give the brown sugar, then cover it back with the dough. Steamed

Lift the cake, gently remove the plate, give the coconut (can be steamed first). Serve while warm ..
