I like it. Are these sweet bananas or more of the less-sweet kind (called plantains in the US)?
I'd say they're fried because you're using a pan to direct the heat through the pan. Grilling involves the food either being on a rack to allow the heat below to cook it through the rack - or being on a surface with the heat coming down from above - in either case, less direct heat... (I'm finding it hard to describe - I hope my idea makes it through the translator for you!)
