There are several tourist destinations that used to come from an unusual location. For example, the former localization is transformed into a recreational place that presents the benefits. In Indonesia there are many former localization places transformed into various buildings, ranging from places of worship, shopping centers, to tourist sites. Here are 4 former localization in Indonesia that transformed into a tourist destination.

1. Dolly Tourism Village, Surabaya
   
   Who used to know the popularity of Gang Dolly, Surabaya? This one localization has been established since the 19th century and when the Dutch still colonize Indonesia. However, the popularity of this Dolly Gang ended after the leadership of Tri Rismaharini as Mayor of Surabaya in 2014 ago. Kampung that once loaded with various things prostitution converted into a tourist area that presents murals, culinary tours, and others. The inauguration of the Dolly Tourism Village itself was conducted in 2016 ago.

2. Taman Kalijodo, Jakarta
   
   Currently Kalijodo is known as a green open park that is reserved for the wider community. This Kalijodo Park began to gain popularity when Jakarta was led by Gubenur Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or Ahok. At this location is now very beautiful because planted with shady trees. 3. Pantai Pulau Santen, Banyuwangi

This beach of Santen Island is located in Kelurahan Karangrejo, Banyuwangi. Now the location is filled with colorful umbrellas arranged in such a way, and there are colorful pads that adorn the stretch of black sand jet.

4. Joboan, Probolinggo
   
   Joboan was once the largest localization site in Probolinggo. This location was popular in 1980-1990s. Now it has become an Environmental Studies Park which is crowded by people from all walks of life. There are flora and fauna that could be a fun picnic location for the family. According to information circulating, formerly this location is dominated by many pimps, and finally closed in 2004 ago.
   Apparently, a location full of immoral though it can be transformed into a variety of fun places ya. Hopefully in the future more and more bad places become a place to gain benefits.
