Warning Time is very important during this conference. Delegates are hereby advised to arrive on or before 6pm as registeration will end before 7pm. Anybody coming after that time is on his own. Registeration will have to be put on hold as other events continues. Registeration may still be continued 6am the next morning.
Also, time for departure should not be joked with as anybody who refuses to get himself ready before time will be left behind for that particular program.
