Fog adds a lovely sense of mystery or magic to scenes like this, I to try to walk 5 Miles a day and 3 or 4 on weekends and also am not allowed alcohol so thats something we have in common

No alcohol, no girls, no party... only walking :)
I can relate a few years back I never saw this coming
But what can we do we need to look after ourselves and stay as healthy as we can
