I do like what they have done with this building its quite a popular area now compared to how it must have been when it was more industrial.
they have quite a few cobblestone streets there some if real good shape some not so much so
Impressive conversion of old industrial sites can sometimes be amazing, put to good use after a clean up. Much better than letting these grand old brick buildings go to wrack and ruin.
Yes I totally agree far better to be revitalized than to be demolished or turn into ruins
