WATER CAN HURT OUR HEALTH! WHEN AND WHY?

"You must drink water!"- we hear it every day from dozens of doctors and diet specialists.

Some of them can add: "1,5 -2 liters per day".

For all people 2 liters?

No matters how old they are, or how much they weight? Really?

Of course, not!

2 liters is a standard notion, but in fact we all are different, and we need different amount of water.

The right answer is - 30g of water for 1 kg of your weight.

You don't need more, and you shouldn't drink less if you wanna be healthy and young.

But nobody tells that it's EXTREMELY important WHEN you drink water.

The fact is that if you drink it DURING eating your meals or AT ONCE AFTER it you make a fatal mistake!

In this case water is NOT useful at all, it HARMS your body greatly!

Why?

The process of digestion is very complex and multilevel. But at the same time it is absolutely logical and harmonious. Nature is wise!

The stomach digests food with the help of hydrochloric acid, which is located there. In the process of eating, the body recognizes what exactly we are eating and begin to produce hydrochloric acid of a certain concentration! This concentration is important for proper digestion of food.

If we drink water, we dilute this acid! The food is not digested to the end, it remains a ballast and causes the processes of putrefaction and fermentation.

Meat is a very difficult product to digest. The stomach takes several hours for this! If you drink your hamburger, then it will not be digested correctly and successfully.

You just clog your body. The organism is overloaded and works unsuccessfully.

So when should we drink?

BEFORE the meals OR in some hours AFTER them.

If you eat fruits - in 30 min.
For meat - about 2 hours.

We are what we eat, and how we eat.

The right and useful nutrition isn't just taking food not to be hungry, it's really an art, a complicated science and a great skll.

If we are able to study it, we'll be strong, healthy and beutiful!

Wow, I had no clue about the dangers of drinking water after eating meat. I will keep it in mind as I am an avid water drinker, especially in the summer, I'm constantly drinking tonnes of water.

Water's a dangerous shit, 100% of people drinking it die eventually. Better do drugs

I don’t like drinking water before bed because it makes me go to the bathroom at night which disrupts my sleep. The times you mentioned throughout the day are great though.

Great advice! I prefer to drink it before meals as it also prevents me from eating as much...

I agree you r statement.

Yeah it's not the same for every person. People always say eat 2000 calories but if you are really active like me you need much more food and water :-)

I'll try drinking more water before eating and less after. I never knew that. :-)
