Cutlets without meat?
It's easy and fast!

We need to sprout wheat, spelled, barley or oats.

It's the basis of our dish.

  1. Grind it in a blender or a coffee grinder.
  2. Add pine nuts - 10–20% of the total germinated grain.
  3. Cut the onion in half rings and soak it in water or lemon juice. Squeeze it out.
  4. Add flaxseed oil and spices for meat.
    🍎 Mix all prepared ingredients.
    🍎 Add salt and garlic.

no, there is no cheese there (though I know a recipe of vegan cheese, need to try;)
there is sesame and carrot there in the back

the taste of these cutlets is very special...and it's good but it is not like meat at all, though when I saw this recipe i in the web,the author of it promised that it woild be just the same with meat cutlets.
