People are used to eat trash and kill themselvs slowly,
People are used to be clients of Big Pharma.
There're people who have broken these laws and turn to the Nature.
Nature has become their food, their treatment and their inspiration and guide to the better life.
I prefer this very way, that's why I try to fill my life with superfood as much as possible, and greenery is one of the most powerful superfoods in our life.
"Grass?? No, thanks, I am not a goat!" - I hear it veru often.
This "grass" can make real miracles with our health! And it's a great pity people are so addicted to chemical products that they forget the taste of something natural.
Microgreen is greenery from seeds that we can grow just at home! Even not in our garden, just near our window!
Almost everything that we can sprout can give perfect greenery that is extrememly useful for us!
We are used to but it in the markets, but it's much more pleasant to grow it by ourselves. Moreover it's so interesting and easy!
I've chosen:
buckwheat
mung
rye
At first we need to sprout seeds
Then we put sprouted seeds in the soil and water 1-2 times a day
The process is just amazing!
We can enjoy the growing of our homemade microgreen every day!
And it's real pleasure - when you see this new life and understand how powerful it is even when it is so small, you feel unforgettable emotions!
The best length of mictrogreen is about 5-10 cm.
We get it already in 5-6 days!
It's buckwheat microgreen
It's very soft and tasty!
It's mung
It's a little bit bitter, but it gives special "colors" of taste to your dish
It's rye
The thickest microgreen and very specific taste, but it is great for any soup or salad anyways!
Any microgreen has a rich set of vitamins and microelements, that's why it's a real health booster and immunity defender!
I use my mictogreen in all smoothies, soups or salad we eat, and I like it very much!
I feel more energy and more power eating it, and I am just happy to see this growing life in front of my window;)
My experiments are going on, now I wanna try all kinds of microgreen I will be able to get;))

I also try to follow healthy life rules and improve my health with different natural ways, Nature is a real treasure, we must just study hoe to get and use it.
And you're so right, our routine life often makes us lose our right way. But we can try to make healthy life rules a part of our being, like a habit. And then it will become a part of our nature;) some years ago I even didn't imagine,that I would eat microgreens and would not eat my favorite sweets, cakes, fast food etc. When we start it's hard to change food habits, food is a drug now, but then the life changes greatly. we need just patience and a great wish to gave a new life;)

The nature is a miracle
Их нужно замачивать в воде на несколько дней, чтобы позже посадить в землю? Я не совсем поняла перевод ) Или земля для них не нужна?
Я пробовала проращивать овёс , но ничего не получилось (
На 8-10 ч замочить, потом воду слить и ждем. Овес - 1-2 дн, и смачивать надо каждые часов 6. Пшеница уже в течение дня вылезет, первые ррсточки. Маш,рожь- тоже быстро. потом в землю или просто в лоточек и взбрызгивать водой, но в земле растёт быстрее и лучше.
Овес капризный. Советую с пшеницы начать. Там получается всегда) из нее делают знаменитый витграсс. Маш и рожь тоже очень быстро растут без проблем. Маш вкусненький и сам по себе пророщенный, как горошек свежий. Остальное уже кто куда используют, и на каши, и на хлеб, и микрозелень растят.
