ျမတ္စြာဘုရားက စိတ္ဆိုးေနတာ ကို ကိုင္တြယ္ဖို႔အတြက္ အျမင္မွန္ရတယ္တဲ့ “သမၼာဒိ႒ိ” ရိွရတယ္။ ဒီထဲမွာရိွေနတဲ့ စိတ္ခံစားမႈ ဘာစိတ္ခံစားမႈ ျဖစ္ေနတယ္၊ ဘုန္းဘုန္းသံုးေနတဲ့ အဂၤလိပ္စကားနဲ႔ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ဘာ emotion ျဖစ္ေနတယ္ အဲဒီဟာကို သိရမယ္။
သိျပီးေတာ့ အဲဒီဟာကို စိတ္ခံစားမႈ emotion ကို ေဒါသဘက္ မသြားေစဘဲနဲ႔ က႐ုဏာဘက္ compassion ဘက္သြားရေအာင္ ထိန္းေက်ာင္းေပးတဲ့အေတြးမွန္ အဲဒီအေတြးမွန္ကို “သမၼာသကၤပၸ” ေခၚတယ္။ ဘာလို႔ေခၚတုန္း? (သမၼာသကၤပၸ ေခၚပါတယ္ဘုရား။) အဲဒါေတြလိုတယ္တဲ့။
စိတ္မဆိုးပါနဲ႔ အခ်င္းခ်င္း စိတ္မဆိုးပါနဲ႔ ေျပာတာ သူကမရ ဘူး။ ျမစ္သားမွာေတာ့ရိွမယ္ မထင္ဘူး ရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ႕မွာေတာ့ တခ်ိဳ႕ကားဆရာေတြက ကားထဲမွာ ေတာင္ တုတ္ေဆာင္ထားတယ္။ ဘုန္းဘုန္းေတာ့ မျမင္ဖူးပါဘူး။ ၾကားဖူးတာပါ။
ဘုန္းဘုန္းေတြ႔တဲ့ ကားဆရာေတြ က ၉၉% က လူေကာင္းေတြခ်ည္း ပဲ။ က်န္တဲ့ ၁%ကလည္းပဲ သူတို႔ရဲ႕စိတ္ဖိစီးမႈကို သူတို႔ ဘယ္လို ကိုင္တြယ္ရမယ္ဆိုတာ မသိတဲ့သူ လူဆိုးေတာ့ မဟုတ္ဘူး။ ဒါေပမဲ့ သူတို႔စိတ္ကို သူတို႔ ဘာျဖစ္ေနတယ္ ဆိုတာ ကိုယ့္ဟာကိုယ္မသိဘူး။
