RESEP MARTABAK TELOR TEFLON
SKIN:
• 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
• 3-4 tablespoons water (use a little bit of sauce, if less can be added)
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
MATERIALS:
• 2 eggs
• 2 stems (large) leek
• 2 sausages (can be replaced chicken / minced meat)
• 1 tsp kare seasoning (if no bsa in skip)
• to taste salt
• sufficient cooking oil
• complementary:
• 1 cucumber pickle
• according to the taste of cayenne / sambal sauce
HOW TO MAKE :
- Mix the skin dough, enter the water little by little aja ya, mix well until smooth
- Soak the dough in cooking oil (min 30 min)
- Cut the onion & sausage, set aside
- Beat the eggs, add the curry spice & salt mix well.
- Put the chopped onion and sausage onto the egg whisk.
- After 30 minutes the skin is ready for use
- Flatten the dough into a skillet / teflon
- Turn on the stove, low heat after heat, put stuffing up the skin
- Wait until the skin is half-baked, then fold the envelope shape
- Add a little oil to the skin more krispi, enlarge the fire stove (medium)
- After the dough is quite mature & strong, can be reversed
- Wait until matured while occasionally flipped back and forth
- After yellow brown lift & drain
- Serve in a plate, cut into pieces .. enjoyed enjoyed with pickled cucumber with cayenne or chili sauce.
