Running Activities While Fasting | Menjalankan Aktivitas Disaat Berpuasa

Halo teman-teman semua. Selamat beraktivitas untuk yang sedang beraktivitas. Tidak terasa hari ini sudah memasuki hari yang ke-12 dalam bulan suci Ramadhan ini.

Berpuasa bukan berarti bermalas malasan, namun kita tetap di tuntut untuk tempat beraktivitas untuk menghidupi keluarga. Bagai mana tidak, dalam kehidupan baik dalam kondisi apapun tuntutan pendapat dan pengeluaran tetap harus terjadi. Dengan begitu kita dituntut untuk tetap beraktivitas.

Fasting does not mean idle laziness, but we are still in demand for a place to move to support the family. How not, in a good life under any circumstances, demands of opinion and expenditure should still occur. That way we are required to stay active.

Beraktivitas saat berpuasa memang terasa berat. Apalagi aktivitas yang berat menguras tenaga. Karena kondisi badan Saat menjalani ibadah puasa, tubuh terasa lemas dan tidak bersemangat karena tubuh tidak mendapatkan asupan cairan maupun nutrisi. Tubuh-pun terkadang merasa kantuk karena kurang tidur saat bangun sahur.

Namun kita harus tetap bersemangat dalam menjalankan aktivitas di bulan suci Ramadhan dengan beberapa cara. Diantaranya seperti mengkonsumsi air putih yang cukup. Kekurangan air didalam tubuh dapat mengakibatkan dehidrasi. Sehingga tubuh mudah lemas dan tidak bersemangat. Karena itu, mengkonsumsi air yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ion tubuh sangat dianjurkan ketika sahur dan pada saat berbuka puasa.

Selain itu, juga harus menjaga pola tidur bagi kita yang beraktivitas di pagi hari. Seperti tidur lebih cepat sehingga bangun sahur pun lebih tenang. Tidur yang cukup sangat di perlukan untuk menjaga kondisi kebugaran di pagi hari. Manusia memerlukan waktu hingga 8 jam untuk tidur sehingga pemulihan stamina selama hari bekerja.

Coba anda bayangkan bekerja tanpa mengkonsumsi makan yang cukup. Kita pasti kekurangan energi.

Bulan suci Ramadhan merupakan bulan yang penuh berkah bagi umat muslim. Selama beraktivitas ataupun bekerja dengan niat ibadah dan tidak menyalahi aturan agama, niscaya menjadi keberkahan tersendiri bagi umat muslim.
