Es manado spesial
Bahan-bahan :
500 gram buah sirsak, ambil dagingnya buang bijinya
100 gram nata de coco
1 liter kelapa muda
50 gram daging kelapa muda, dikerok
6 buah strawberi, belah empat
1 bungkus susu kental manis warna putih
1 pacs buah leci
1 buah es batu
Langkah-langkah cara membuat es manado :
Sediakan gelas atau mangkuk saji lalu sediakan blender dan masukan daging buah sirsak, air kelapa sedikit, kedalam blender, haluskan hingga benar-benar halus dan masukan hasilnya kedalam mangkuk atau gelas yang telah disediakan.
Tambahkan nata de coco, kelapa muda yang telah di kerok air kelapa muda, buah leci, buah strawberi yang telah di potong lalu terakhir tuangkan susu kental manis, Agar rasanya terasa lebih segar jangan lupa tambahkan es batu, itu paling utama.
Kocok semuanya hingga tercampur rata.
