Dried Mustofa Potato
Ingredients
1 Kg Potato
10 pieces of red chili
1 Garlic clove
3 Onions Onion
1 tsp dried Ebi
1 tbsp Tamarind water
100 grams of sugar
to taste salt
to taste oil
Step
60 minutes
Sliced potatoes in matches, soaked in cold water, then fried with hot oil and plenty until the potatoes were submerged, fried until dry
Puree onion, garlic, red chili and ebi
Prepare a skillet, stir-fry seasoning, add tamarind water, let it thicken
If it has thickened, turn off the flame enter the potato and stir until blended. Ready to serve
