Rujak khas Aceh
Rujak adalah suatu makanan yang di campur buah-buahan seperti buah mangga, buah timun, buah jambu, buah kates, buah mancanegara, buah kedondong, buah semangka.
Cara buat rujak
Pertama melakukan pemotongan buah-buahan tersebut yang di atas kecil - kecil lalu buah yang sudah di potong di cuci yang bersih dengan air setelah di cuci buah di tarok kedalam piring.
Dan cara buat bumbu rujak
Pertama Ambi cabe rawit secukupnya, tarok kacang tanah yang sudah di goreng secukupnya, ambil buah rumbiah 1 buah, garam secukupnya lalu di blok bahan tersebut sampai matang, lalu tarok manisan di aduk sampai rata tarok kecap Masin secukupnya di aduk juga sampai rata, tuangkan buah yang di potong tadi di aduk sampai rata.
